Outlook stopped after Service pack 3

I hve been having problems w/ outlook off and on over the past month - esp
Outlook Connector not working. (contacted MS online -- went around and around
and it finally was a bit stable -- working sometimes/not always)

BUT, yesterday 'automatic updates' installed Service Pack 3 and now Outlook
won't wven open.

Here are the messages:
Event signature
EventType : BEX P1 : OUTLOOK.EXE P2 : 11.0.8217.0 P3 : 480f95d9
P4 : MSNCON32.DLL P5 : 12.0.6237.1003 P6 : 47cc7a07 P7 : 000ebcc1

This morning (8 Sep 2008) my Outlook 2007 with SP 1 stopped working.

It presents this every time I attempt to open it:

Microsoft Office Outlook has stopped working
Windows can check online for a solution to the problem.

-> Check online for a solution and close the program
-> Close the program.

I read the info on that blog site, but I don't get it.. What is the answer??
There is nothing there that is helpful.

Someone in our office was experiencing the same problem. It was the result
of adding the "Spoke Toolbar" Apparently it conflicted with Outlook 2007.
Removed 'Spoke' and the problem went away.
