Outlook stopped working when I try to open business contacts

I cant seem to open my contacts in the business contact manager - every time
I click on it, I get the 'Outlook has stopped working' message then it
restarts. I moved my contacts from business contact manager into contacts -
de duped them and moved then back in. Only 10% of them seem to be there now
and I cant even open them without outlook crashing - I need my database -
help!
