Outlook stopped working

does anyone know how to make outlook work again after error message "outlook
has stopped working"? i've reinstalled and this hasn't solved the problem

Care to be less vague? State your Outlook version, your account type,
exactly how you produce the error and what you changed on your PC just
before this started happening.
