Outlook stops working

Outlook stops working, tries to diagnose, shuts down, then reopens. This
happens every time I try to create an email.

Does it work in Outlook Safe Mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe
(note the space in the command)

If so, it is most likely caused by an add-in.
