Thanks for the suggestions, will try them out. Though I would still like to
sen demail out and have the subject heading appear in red to highlight the
importance of the email.
You cannot control that as that is an organizing feature at the receivers
end; email does not support formatting of the Subject field itself.
You can set a priority on a message and flag it for follow up on the
recipient side (if the receiving client supports it).
