You don't. You could mark it as important but some users may configure
their anti-spam software to trigger on that as spam, or their anti-spam
product will strip out the header used to identify supposedly important
messages. Using all caps in the Subject is considered shouting an
likely to get you ignored instead of read and, again, some anti-spam
filters may trigger on all caps in the Subject.
You cannot guarantee your message really is more important to the
recipient than any of their other e-mails, so get off your ego trip and
be polite.
