Outlook Sync in basic extranet scenario

Is it possible to sync outlook tasks to a local outlook client in
Domain A from a published PWA attached to Domain B?

No trust or connection exists between domains, however correponding
accounts have been created on Domain B for the user in Domain A to use
when connecting.

We just continue getting errors in the outlook tool although we can
connect via web browser to PWA home through the published link.

Hmm....

I am not a Network specialist, but I dont think it is possible to communicate
accross domains that do not have a trusted connection. Sorry mate, but I dont
think this is possible
