Outlook sync. PC to LT?

Please can anyone recommend a suitable program for syncing
Outlook between a PC and a laptop, equivalent to
ActiveSynce between PC and PDA?

Any help will be appreciated because there does not seem
to be any obvious software regardless of my trawling
around, via search engines and newsgroups.
