Outlook Task Folder Sharing

My company only has two people. We are set up on a microsoft exchange
server. We want for both of us to have one task list within microsoft
outlook. I figured out how to share task lists... so that we can view each
others... but that is not what we want. We want it so that any task created
by either of us goes onto one task list. Please help.

Create a public tasks folder and use that.
