Outlook Task problem

I'm getting the following message when trying to create a
new task:
Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter
values are not valid.

In addition, I get the same error message on some of my
existing tasks (when trying to update), however others
work fine.

I'm running XP pro and Outlook 2000.
