I am running Outlook 2007, but the same issue happened in Outlook
2003. When I go to the Task window and click the field labeled "Click
Here to Add a New Task", the entire window begins to flicker rapidly
as soon as I start typing. It still allows me to enter the task
without any issue, but it is very annoying. The only way to make it
stop is to select another open window and then go back to the Outlook
window. Any ideas? I cannot find anything on this. Thanks.
