Outlook templates

Hello,
Can anyone tell me how to set an image into a new template. I'd like it to
show in all my emails at the top if possible. Every time i try is repeats
the picture over and over on the screen and i'd like it to just show once.

Which version of Outlook?
One easy method is to use autotext or quick parts in Outlook 2007. It
doesn't alter the template but one click and you insert whatever you want.
