Are there any downloadable and customizable themes (backgrounds) we can use
for our outlook e-mails.
We have looked at those available in the mail setup and have not found
anything we like. We would prefer something with a two color border and have
the flexibility to change those border colors.
Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.
