Outlook Time Wrong

Hello. Outlook thinks it's an hour earlier than it
really is. I have both Windows and Outlook set for EST
and daylight savings time. This seems to have started
after synchronizing a PDA, although the PDA shows the
right time.

Select Tools on the toolbar, scroll down and select
Options, on the Preferences tab select Calendar Options,
select Time Zone and change the zone.
