I am having trouble fixing a timeout error in Outlook 2003, when sending
anything larger than 1MB. The Microsoft web site has very accurate
advice based on the problem

but I do not have the option of increasing server timeout length as they
suggest. Is this because I am using a Hotmail account in Outlook? I have
Vista 64bit.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
