Outlook to access

Hi,
When i link my outlook contacts storred in a public folder on the exchange
server, the "notes" field is not included at all

Is there a way to establish this?

Anything not provided in the linkage is only available if you write your own
code to put that information into Access.

Is there any VBA code generally available which i could use?

I don't know that there's anything specific out there that exactly matches
what you want, but take a look at the information at
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/database.htm and see what's there. At least
it's a starting point, along with googling for additional information.
