I can send out e-mail on MS 2003 Outlook but I cannot recieve any
e-mail.

PS: I still have MS Outlook express 6 still working since it was not
erased when I loaded MS Office.

I've compared settings with MS Outlook express 6 and they both look
the same.

can someone help?

That means your pop settings are incorrect. Usually they look something like
this

Incoming: pop.myispname.com (or it could be co.uk, net, or whatever - in
some rare cases it's pop3.myispname.com)
Outgoing: smtp.myispname.com.

you stated not starting OE. How do I not start it?

I did try test mail but it coming to OE but as you can tell I don't know how
to not start OE.
