H HD Feb 27, 2004 #2 I believe there is a Tracking option in Outlook where Outlook automatically tracks all the "Office" files which are modified Check Tools--> Option --> Preferences (tab) --> Journal Options (Button) --> Also record files from (Options) . Fire Away !!!!!
