Outlook to replace daytimer organizer

Hi, DTO has been discontinued. Now, I have 12 yrs of
info. in their & use it for my office. Can I transfer the
info. into outlook 97 that I have w/ Office 97. Do I need
to hire a programmer. Are there reference materials
available for such transition. Any assistance
appreciated. John.
