Hi,
Thanks for that but Customizing outlook is not a problem. No matter how I
change it i don't see any tasks or scheduled events out of my calendar. Under
messages i see AAAAAAA and 9999. I also tried a new outlwvw.dll file which
also doesn't make a difference.

Any other suggestions?

In that case you might want to delete the outlwvw.dll file again and then run
Detect and Repair from the Help menu. Make sure you have your Office CD
handy.

If you decide to keep using Outlook 2003 you can create a new profile and
that MAY help...though I'm not sure. In Outlook 2000 you'd have to be
running in Corporate/Workgroup mode to use profiles.

HI,

That might have helped. We ended up rebuilding the PC and that solved the
problem.
Thanks for your help.
