Outlook Today and Web Links

We would like to add web links to Outlook Today.

Is this possible?

We don't want to have a web page (we realise this can be done) as we still
want users to utilise Outlook Today features.

You can write your own HTML and make it the default page of Outlook Today.
Search for "customize Outlook Today" in the MS Knowledgebase.
