Hello.
I am having trouble changing my "Outlook Today" view from the default 3
column to the preferred two column. Each time that I make the change using
the "Customize Outlook Today" button, the Outlook Today screen will change
for my current session only, but once I close Outlook and re-open, the screen
opens back to the default 3 column view.
I have looked at the registry fix that Microsoft reported on, but
ironically, my registry values are set to show a 2 column view in Outlook
Today. So why does Outlook Today not default to the two column view as
expected? I know that there must be an easy fix to this, but I have yet to
find it. Any help/insight to this problem would be appreciated.
