We have several PC's running Windows XP Pro SP2 with Office XP SP3, with all
available patches installed for both Windows & Office and we are having a
problem with Outlook crashing. When you select the top level folder in the
Outlook tree (normally shows Outlook Today) Outlook will freeze and will
need to be closed using task manager, this also happens if you chose the top
level folder for any monitored mailboxes.
I have tried creating different Outlook profiles, running the "cleanviews"
switch but none of these appear to have helped.
Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks.
