Outlook today displays appointments in wrong day.

Hi, The last all day event on every day as displayed in the
calendar, is always displayed as the last entry in the day before in
Outlook today. There is also always one all day event displayed in
Outlook today above Today. I am using Outlook 2000, with Win XP Pro,
with all updates loaded.
