Outlook Today page will not allow me to customize

Now that I've loaded XP, I have two accounts which
hopefully operate separately. My gal's account will not
show "inbox" on the Outlook today page in the folders. It
does show in the Outlook bar? When I try to customize the
page, it will not open in hers or mine. What's up with
that?? Not sure what's going on??
