Outlook Today Screen 2000

I just removed the MSNBC update from the outlook today
screen and not when I try to customize the today screen it
doesn't work. I click on it but it does not take me to
the options screen.

The popular reason for this seems to be installing the Q813489 patch (April
2003 Cumulative Patch) for Internet Explorer. More info here:
