where "xxx" is your version of Outlook: 10.0 for OL2002, 11.0 for 2003. In
the case of OL 2000, you may be able to use

just "C:\Program Files\Microsoft

Office\Office\Outlook.exe" /ResetFolders . In other words, just specify the
complete path to your outlook.exe image.
