User created a mail message and chose to request delivery and read receipts
along with creating voting buttons (Y/N).
She got all the delivery receipts, most of the read receipts, and most of
the responses from the voting buttons.
When user goes to the sent message to view the tracking data, some of the
poll results don't show in the data sheet even though she received the email
response in her Inbox.
