Outlook trial version - what next?

When I bought my new laptop a couple of months ago it came already loaded
with Outlook (trial) version. It now tells me the trial period is over
therefore making certain features unavailable. I am getting my emails in
okay but cannot reply to them. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
