Neither MS Outlook or Outlook Express will not send or
receive email. Error messages "server has not
responded..." Have checked with service provider and my
computer is connected. I can go to service providers web
site and get email but am unable to receive to my
computer. Have checked firewall and settings are ok.
Please help.
