I got the update sr-1 for office 2000 and am having an installation error
everytime I start Outlook. The error reads:
"Error 1328. Error applying patch to file C:\config.msi\PT145.tmp (the
numbers have all been different). It has probably already been updated by
other means, and can no longer be modified by this patch. For more
information contact your patch vendor."
It gives three options, cancel, retry, ignore. If I ignore it will do this
three times then closes out like it worked fine. When I restart Outlook I go
through the same process again.
How can I remove this update or fix the problem?
