Outlook upgrade 2007 - Where is BCM?

I have a subscription to Outlook live and received the Outlook 2007 upgrade.
I used to have Outlook 2003 with BCM, when I performed the upgrade, BCM
dissapeared and I do not know how to update BCM 2003 to 2007.
