Outlook Upgrade

If I upgrade from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007 will all my existing emails,
addresses, etc transfer to '07 or will they be lost?

Installing a new version of Outlook will use your existing .pst file where
all of your Outlook data is stored.

However, making a backup (copy the file with Outlook closed, paste in into
My Documents) is always a good idea as with any software installation.
