outlook user licnse agreement

-- do I have to accept end user license every time I sign in on outlook??

Only if you do not except it as an administrator.
If you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7, right click on the Outlook icon
in the Start Menu and choose Run as Administrator. Once excepted, you can
restart Outlook normally.
