Outlook - Using Exchange

Where is my inbox and contact information stored on my computer using
exchange? When I am not connected I can still see my contacts and inbox
info. Where is this information stored? I looked for a .pst - but there
isn't one.

On the Exchange server and look for an .OST. The .OST is like a mirror copy
of your Exchange mailbox if using Outlook 2003/7 in cached mode.
