I am using a custom form published to the Organization Forms library
and have a public folder to manage the instances of this form. I have
a number of custom views created for the folder. Some of the users
experience corruption of the views where all of the custom properties
disappear from the view. This only seems to happen to some users with
Outlook 2002 and 2003. The form was published under Outlook 2000 and
the views were created with Outlook 2000. We are using Exchange Server
2003
I have tried creating new views but they eventually become corrupted
for these users. I had a couple of these users run outlook with the
Cleanviews flag and that helped temporarily but when they came back the
next day the views were corrupt again.
Does anyone have any ideas? Any help with this issue would be much
appreciated.
