Outlook views

I have a user with Outlook 2002 that the views are
screwed up on. When set to 'Messages', they show like the
form of 'Converstaion'. I uninstalled and reinstalled but
was no help. The 'Messages with Auto-Preview' appear
correctly.

All suggestions welcome.

To reset all views then start Outlook with the cleanviews command switch, to
do this go to Start > Run > type "outlook /cleanviews" without the quotes.
