outlook virus??

I have run several virus scans, finds nothing.
Outlook is constantly sending an email, there is nothing in the
Outbox.

Any suggestions or fixes??

How about the Sent Items folder? Anything strange in there?

Use the free versions, update them after installing them and run them in
Safe Mode.

Disable the option of sending Read Receipts which is now selected and your issue
will disappear
