Outlook vs. Outlook Express

When I am sufring the net and want to contact someone at the site, Outlook Express defaults and send the message. I would prefer that my Outlook do that. How do I turn off this default

See if it works to open Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Internet Options
then Programs and choose Microsoft Outlook next to where it says Email
