Outlook vs. Outlook Express

Your opinion, please. I wonder if someone who is familiar with both Outlook
and Outlook Express would be so kind as to give me a comparison or two: the
advantages that may make it worth changing from OE to Outlook.

I am an average computer user, non-business connected.
