Outlook vs Outlook Express

Everytime I click a hyperlink on an email message, my
system opens outlook Express. I am currently using Office
Outlook 2003 on an XP Pro system. How can I disable
Outlook Express on this thing?

Control Panel->Internet Options->Programs tab - ensure Outlook, not Express
is the default for mail.

without reading.

When I go there, Outlook is not an option, lonly Outlook
Express and it will not allow me to type it in.
Help!
