Outlook Express is part of Internet Explorer and is a mail and newsreader.
Outlook is part of Microsoft Office and is a fully-featured PIM (personal
information manager) as well as a mail client. It has calendaring, tasks,
contacts, journaling, and can connect to a variety of mail account types,
and is suitable for both corporate and home use.
