Outlook w/Hotmail and ActiveSynch

Hi,

Does someone know how to configure Outlook 2002(XP) when
you use Hotmail, so that mail goes into the appropriate
Inbox to be able to synch with a Pocket PC running
Windows Mobile 2003 and ActiveSynch 3.7?

Is this asking for more than Outlook can do when you use
a Web-based mail client like Hotmail?
