Outlook Web Access and Read Receipt

I currently use Outlook through the web. Does anyone
know how to block read receipts (i.e. you read a message
that has read receipt marked, but you don't send the
receipt?) I know how to do this in Outlook Express and
Outlook, but it appears you can't do it through web
access.
