Outlook Web Access Errors

We have a user that accesses email via the Outlook Web
Interface. When they open a message to read or reply, the
body field does not load. Instead they get a red X (as if
an image file failed to load) and cannot see the body or
reply in the message. I have uninstalled and reinstalled
office (thought it may be a DHTML setting in registry from
the office install) but it does not help. Any thoughts?

Try posting in an Exchange group as Outlook Web Access is a function of
Exchange, not Outlook.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
