Outlook Web Access - Vista Issue

bobm

I just installed VISTA and when I use Outlook Web Access, I can read
messages, but I can't reply. The reply section in all blue with a small red
X in the left corner. It worked with XP and 2000.

Any suggestions.

Post this to an Exchange group as OWA is a part of Exchange, not Outlook. microsoft.public.exchange.clients is a good place to start.

You have to install the S/MIME control under Options while logged
into
Outlook Webaccess. This will allow you to reply to messages.

a) Like milly said, microsoft.public.exchange.clients is the right place
for OWA issues as it is part of Exchange, not part of Outlook, and they may
know something about the crashing.

b) You'll want to tell your Exchange administrator to install the hotfix in
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/911829 because you are running
Vista, and that should put the text boxes back on the form.
