Outlook Web Access - window closes when replying

We have a user that when trying to reply to an email via
Outlook Web Acces, the window closes with the email. He
is running IE6 and Windows 98. I had him clear out his
temp and temp internet folders. What could be causing
this? Thanks

Troy,

Is there any type of pop-up blocking software installed on this machine?

Thanks

No, that was one of the first things I checked. He can
open the messages, it is just that it closes when trying
to either reply or forward.

Troy,

In that case, the next thing I would check is anti-virus on the client. Does
the probelm persist if AV is disabled and/or uninstalled?

Also, do you know if they experience this probelm if they use another
browser (Netscape for example)?

Thanks

The antivirus program does not come with firewall or popup
blocking. This feature worked last week when using the
pc. Nothing has been installed or updated since then. We
are the ones who install everything on the users
machines. McAfee VirusScan 7.0 enterprise edition and we
only have IE 6 installed on their machines as far as
browsers are concerned.
