Outlook web access

Hi all,
a user here in our office (user 1) who actually works for another
Company that uses Exchange server is experiencing problems with her email.
She is using 'Outlook web access' to read and reply to her emails but
whenever she replies to two specific users (User 2 and 3 ) the text that they
sent her is not included in her reply, however, when she replies to me (user
3) it is. I am using the same app (Netscape) as user 2 and 3 with the same
email sever, which is hosted by a 3rd party Co. I emailed user 2 and 3 from
my account here and a hotmail account and my original text and their original
text is included in the replies. User 1 replyed to an email I sent her and
the original text was included in the reply. She only has problems replying
to user 2 and 3 but not to me and I have the same settings/software apps as
user 2 and 3. I am convinced there is a setting that needs to be altered on
her machine but she is convinced the problem lies with user 2 and 3. Can
anyone offer any advice to this please ?
