outlook web access

Outlook web access, I cannot reply, forward or new I get a red x in the left
hand corner of the email and it will not allow me to respond?

You should ask in the Exchange newsgroup, OWA is part of Exchange. You'll get
a more expert answer there. Do you need a link to it?

Hi,

Maybe the message has stucked to your mailbox in the Exchange server.
If you are not the administrator, then contact with him. He is the one to
resolve your issue.
Don't try to resolve it by your self. You are not going to.
