outlook web access

I can not reply to an e-mail in outlook web access . The
area used for the reply is gray-ed out.The curser will not
open the boxfor reply.

You should probably post this question in one of the
microsoft.public.exchange.clients newsgroups. Outlook Web Access is a web
application which is totally different from Microsoft Outlook.

Be sure to specify which version of Exchange, what OS the server is running
and what version of IIS you're using as well.
